Brian Rosenzweig is a partner in Simpson Thacher’s Capital Markets Practice and a member of the Firm’s Alternative Capital and Private Credit team. He advises issuers, sponsors, and financing sources on a broad range of complex debt and equity transactions.

Brian’s practice spans secured and unsecured debt offerings, equity and equity-linked transactions, hybrid capital financings, IPOs, acquisition and leveraged finance, liability management transactions, and corporate spin-offs. He regularly represents both public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions across a wide range of industries.
