Career
Brenda Rogel Salgado joined the firm in 2023 and has been a partner since 2023. She has more than 21 years of experience in the practice of environmental and regulatory law, assisting a wide range of industries and companies in the identification, understanding and managing of the environmental and regulatory risks associated with business start-ups, acquisitions, operations, expansions and divestitures.
Brenda is an expert in the management of contaminated sites and environmental emergencies, as well as in the formulation of sustainability and climate change strategies, permit analysis, regularization and compliance programs. She has worked in the defense of different industries and stakeholders, when governmental agencies initiate surveillance actions, impose sanctions or measures contrary to law.
Brenda has also engaged in strategic investigations and litigation to protect the environment, advance climate change adaptation and promote the inclusion of women and minority rights.
