Brandan is a trusted adviser to his clients in connection with a wide range of critical financing transactions in situations ranging from committed acquisition financings to debtor-in-possession financings. His experience spans across industries including retail, manufacturing, and energy and energy-adjacent companies across the oil and gas value chain. Brandan also has significant experience advising hedge providers and counterparties in connection with commodity hedging transactions. Clients rely on Brandan for his commercial approach, market insights and legal perspective to asset-based, reserve-based and cash flow credit facilities that allow companies across industries to grow and navigate challenging market conditions.
