Bradley A. Winters, Esq., has over 35 years of litigation experience and two decades of mediation experience. Mr. Winters has had a wide-ranging career as counsel for some of the largest companies in the world and for individual consumers, in a giant international law firm and in a small boutique. He has limited his practice to mediations, arbitrations and special master engagements since 2019. Mr. Winters has tried and served as mediator in cases all over the country ranging from complex biotech patents to simple personal injury litigation, as well as class action, trademark, product liability, construction, discrimination, healthcare, civil rights and general commercial cases.
