Boris is a highly recognised specialist with more than 30 years’ experience representing public and private clients in some of the most high-profile bankruptcies in the market. His practice includes expertise in all matters relating to insolvency law and protection of creditor interests, including contract administration, negotiating reorganisations, assessment of potential liabilities and managerial responsibility and establishment and management of guarantees and guarantee schemes, and he frequently acts as a trustee.
Boris also has extensive experience in participating in and organizing complex multi jurisdiction litigation on a large scale. This often includes complex structures and fraud where his experience is second to none in the Danish market.
He is head of the largest restructuring and insolvency practice group in Denmark.
