Career
Boglárka Priskin joined CERHA HEMPEL Dezső as a Senior Attorney in 2020. She advises clients in antitrust and consumer protection cases as a highly experienced competition law and compliance expert. She provides continuous legal service to large companies such as reviewing marketing campaigns and general terms and conditions, assessing contracts and transactions from a competition law perspective and providing advice to clients regarding general compliance. Her largest clients are from, and thus her main focus is on, e-commerce and pharmaceuticals. She is also responsible for preparing the firm’s legal advice in unfair trade practices and anti-trust cases, including appeal and litigious procedures before authorities and courts.
Before joining CERHA HEMPEL Dezső, Boglárka Priskin worked at the HCA for over 11 years, where she gained in-depth experience in the fields of competition law, consumer protection law and administrative law. Boglárka Priskin has wide experience in advising the clients on EU law, more specifically on matters related to the Omnibus Directive. She is considered to be one of the top experts in this field.
