Career

Anna has over 15 years’ experience in antitrust and merger control, with a focus on high-profile international merger control cases and EU and Austrian cartel investigations. Anna has been a partner since 2018 and has acquired several new clients for the firm. With an excellent reputation in Vienna and abroad, clients like her no-frills, hands-on strategic approach and strong competition law knowledge.

Anna regularly advises on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) cases and has been involved in numerous notifications to the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economics under the new regime introduced in 2020, including one Phase 2 case.

Anna is one of the founders of the D-A-CH-Kartellrechtsforum and of the Women in Competition Law Austrian Network (WCNA).
