Career
Holger Bielesz studied in Vienna, Freiburg (CH) and Bruges (Belgium) and worked in Brussels with a renowned German law firm. For more than 15 years, he has been specializing in commercial dispute resolution and advising companies on white-collar crime and compliance issues. His work focuses on the defense of financial institutions in investor liability litigation, disputes relating to construction contracts, corporate and distribution law disputes as well as conflicts in insolvency and restructuring situations. Holger has many years of courtroom experience both in civil and criminal matters, also before the European Court of Justice. He was a partner in the dispute resolution department of a Viennese law firm and has been a partner in the dispute resolution team at CERHA HEMPEL since 2020.
