Holger is partner at the Contentious Business Department since 2020. With more than 20 years of courtroom practice under his belt, he regularly advises and represents clients in corporate disputes, product liability and commercial business litigation including asset-tracing matters.

This expertise complements the vast skills and know-how of CERHA HEMPEL’s Dispute Resolution team. Holger is excellent at drawing new clients from the crypto and banking sector to the firm through his ability to quickly and comprehensively understand technical and new media issues and thus complement CERHA HEMPEL’s litigation expertise.

Furthermore, Holger is a regular author of publications on litigation related topics.

Holger is a member of the American Bar Association (Sect. of International Law), the Internatinal Bar Association and the DRI Association of Defense Attorneys. He frequently speaks on topics concerning commercial law and its dispute-related aspects.
