Competition/Antitrust

The Competition/Antitrust section in Hungary ranks lawyers and law firms based on their recent work in merger clearance matters and behavioural investigations into allegations of abuse of dominance or cartel involvement, or other unfair commercial practices. It also covers the representation of clients in damages actions based on decisions by competition authorities and appeals against those decisions. This section additionally looks at consumer protection matters. State aid issues are also covered by this section.
