Boglárka Peszeki

Boglárka is a senior associate in the employment practice group of CMS Budapest.

She joined the firm in February 2012 as a paralegal and graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University in 2014.

Boglárka has experience in dealing with a wide range of employment issues, including negotiating, drafting and terminating employment-related contracts and advising on different employment matters, including restructuring, collective redundancies, transfers of undertaking, drafting internal policies, and assisting with labour inspections.

She has been seconded to a major pharmaceutical company where she advises on general employment issues.

Boglárka has also gained experience in court litigations.
