Bob Hannon assists clients in a variety of commercial finance, commercial real estate, corporate and commercial law matters. His primary focus is representing lenders in all types of commercial loan transactions, with closings typically exceeding $1 billion in the aggregate during any calendar year, including syndications, participations, taxable and non-taxable loans, real estate development and construction loans, real estate acquisition loans, asset-based loans, healthcare loans (with a focus on senior living), private equity acquisition loans (with a focus on healthcare), ESOP loans, loans to nonprofit institutions, and mezzanine loans, along with workouts of any of the foregoing. Bob also represents borrowers in connection with any of the foregoing and additionally has extensive experience with loan sales and purchases. Finally, he assists lenders with corporate and regulatory matters and has experience with bank formations and mergers and acquisitions.
