Bethan has considerable experience advising on, drafting and negotiating project specific construction documentation for large infrastructure projects as well as advising on and negotiating the construction aspects of development finance deals, undertaking due diligence and advising on the construction aspects of corporate reorganisations and strategic reviews.

Bethan has a particular focus on the energy sector and advises on nuclear and water projects.
