Bea specialises in cartel and other competition investigations and antitrust litigation. She co-leads Freshfields’ global cartel skills group and is a member of its global class action, investigations and antitrust litigation groups. She has advised on a number of high-profile, and complex cross-border investigations conducted by the European Commission and other agencies. She has also acted in competition damages litigation and collective proceedings before the English courts, as well as co-ordinated the defence to large scale cross-border antitrust litigation in the EU and beyond.
Bea has been a partner since 2007.
