With a diverse client base that includes developers, institutional investors, REITs, pension funds and investment advisors, Barbara has extensive experience supporting those who invest across a wide range of asset classes, particularly in joint venture transactions.

Barbara’s experience spans representing both buyers and sellers in high-value deals involving CBD office towers, hotels, medical offices, multifamily and student housing, mixed-use developments, grocery-anchored retail, data centers and life sciences properties. She also works with institutional investors and developer partners on joint venture acquisitions, development and financing deals. Barbara is skilled in structuring transactions for long-term holds, including ground lease and similar arrangements. Additionally, she represents borrowers and institutional lenders in primary, secondary and mezzanine lending across all asset types and handles leasing transactions for office, data center, retail, industrial and laboratory spaces.
