Audrey is a Partner in our Employment Labour and Pensions Group and she specialises in both employment law and business immigration.
Audrey leads the national immigration practice and also the combined employment and immigration team in Birmingham.
Over the last 20 years, Audrey has worked with high profile public and private sector clients, including listed PLCs advising on strategic and practical issues arising from international recruitment and compliance with Home Office requirements both in the UK and in a number of jurisdictions world-wide. Audrey is highly regarded for her expertise in the defence of illegal working prosecutions, immigration enforcement raids and sponsor license compliance audits.
Audrey's work includes obtaining permission for applicants to live and work in the UK (including members of senior management boards and directors) advising on obligations as a registered sponsor and regularly submitting applications under the Points Based System.
Her clients include well known multi-national businesses, FTSE 100 companies and global organisations. She also regularly provides training to public and private sector clients on a variety of immigration topics and will lead on the design of bespoke training plans for staff.
