Our Real Estate practice is one of the largest dedicated teams in the Hungarian market, advising clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate investments. Our work includes acquisitions and disposals, development and construction projects, leasing, asset management, real estate finance, zoning and permitting, joint ventures and related disputes.

We advise international and domestic investors, developers, investment funds, financial institutions, hotel operators, logistics and manufacturing companies, and multinational occupiers. The team has particular expertise in large-scale industrial and logistics developments, greenfield investments and complex cross-border transactions.

Recent work includes advising international manufacturers and Asian investors on major Hungarian greenfield projects, covering site selection, land acquisition, development, construction, regulatory matters and project implementation. We also regularly act on significant office, logistics, retail, hospitality and mixed-use transactions.

Led by Attila Ungár, a Band 1 Chambers-ranked practitioner, the team works closely with our Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, Energy, Tax, Employment and Dispute Resolution practices.
