Arun Balasubramanian

Arun is a corporate and securities partner in Freshfields' Singapore and Hong Kong offices, with a leading practice across the Asia-Pacific region. Over a two decade career spanning New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore, he has been involved a wide range of complex and high-profile matters across the region.

He represents global and regional corporations, investment banks and financial investors in public and private merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures and investigations across the region. Arun also acts for issuers and underwriters across the region on major capital markets offerings and heads the firm’s India group.
