Arlene Chow, a first-chair litigator and trial lawyer, advises companies in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries on a full spectrum of patent and intellectual property matters. Ms. Chow has particular experience with matters related to small molecule and biologic drugs for the treatment of a diverse assortment of medical indications. She also regularly advises clients on matters involving a wide variety of medical devices and dosage forms. Ms. Chow is a United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) registered patent attorney, and one of only a handful of lawyers who has been first-chair not only in district court trials and hearings, but also federal circuit arguments, and inter partes review hearings before the USPTO.
