Work Highlights
• Clean Max Enviro Energy in its sale of a majority stake to Brookfield. Brookfield has invested approx. USD 3 million in Clean Max Enviro Energy
• Shell Plc. in its proposed acquisition of Sprng Energy from Actis for approx. USD 1.55 billion. Sprng Energy is engaged in generating and supplying solar and wind energy assets in India.
• BlackRock on their proposed acquisition of private equity firm, General Infrastructure Partners, for USD 12.5 billion (in cash and stock), which upon completion will create a combined infrastructure investment platform of ~USD 150 billion.
• ONGC Videsh Limited on its acquisition of Equior's participating Interest in Offshore Azeri Chirag Gunashli (ACG) oil field in Azerbaijan and shares of the Baku Tbilisi Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline in Azerbaijan oilfields for ~USD 60 million.
• IIT-Delhi on setting up of their first over-seas campus in Abu Dhabi in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK).
• First Solar India in setting up their ~INR 5,600 crore fully vertically integrated photovoltaic (PV) thin film module manufacturing facility with 3.3 GW capacity in Tamil Nadu, India.
