Anthony Spadaro

A partner with a broad practice across a range of sectors, Anthony regularly advises clients – including institutional lenders, project sponsors and private equity groups – on financing transactions, mergers & acquisitions and public-private partnerships. Clients particularly value Anthony's expertise in the renewable energy industry, in which he acts for lenders in connection with the financing of solar, wind and hydroelectric projects and for acquirers and sellers of renewable energy assets. He also has significant experience in lending and capital markets transactions, advising both lenders and borrowers on a variety of debt financing transactions. Anthony is a member of the Davies’ Finance and Talent Management committees.
