Anthony Cayer

Anthony is a civil and commercial litigator with a focus on class actions, product liability, consumer contracts and complex commercial disputes. He represents national and international clients – including manufacturers, financial institutions, and pharmaceutical companies – before the Québec courts.

Anthony regularly defends clients in leading class actions, particularly in matters involving product liability and consumer protection. His practice also includes extraordinary proceedings such as injunctions and seizures before judgment. He also advises clients on white-collar and regulatory matters, including internal investigations and proceedings initiated by public prosecutors, securities regulators, and self-regulatory organizations.

He is fluent in English and French, with a working knowledge of Spanish.
