Anthony Arquin

A partner in the Commercial Real Estate practice and practice coordinator for the Montréal office, Anthony advises on commercial real estate sales and purchases, development projects and joint ventures for public and private corporations in Canada and internationally. He has significant experience in working on mixed-use complexes and commercial co-ownerships. He provides clients with creative and practical solutions informed by a thorough understanding of trends in both business and real estate. Developers, managers and pension funds count on Anthony for his negotiating and drafting skills, and he is a trusted adviser to a broad array of real estate companies. He takes an active role in fostering and supporting Québec's real estate industry and its young leaders, is a mentor at CREW M and sits on the Groupe HD Advisory Committee. Anthony was an instructor for the John Molson School of Business and IDU Institut de développement immobilier's Real Estate Management Certification Course from 2021 to 2026.
