Anisha Patel

Anisha joined Fox Williams LLP in July 2020 and specialises in commercial dispute resolution with a focus on securities litigation and group actions. Anisha also has a specific interest in issues relating to corporate accountability and investor stewardship.

Anisha is a member of the securities litigation team which is currently building two further securities litigation claims for institutional investors (both have an ESG focus), with two further cases in the pipeline.

Anisha has experience in banking and finance litigation and international arbitration and has worked in-house at an engineering company based in Paris, and Network Rail. She has acted for both claimants and defendants across the financial services, technology and energy and natural resources sectors.

Anisha trained and qualified at Clifford Chance LLP, London. Anisha speaks both French and Spanish (intermediate level).
