Angelika Szufel is a counsel in the Energy and Infrastructure practice at CMS Poland and coordinates the firm’s interdisciplinary ESG offering. She advises clients on regulatory frameworks related to the European Green Deal, including ESG reporting, EU Taxonomy compliance and supply chain due diligence.
She supports companies in integrating sustainability considerations into their operations and investment strategies, with a focus on decarbonisation, renewable energy and EU ETS-related matters. She has experience in ESG audits, non-financial reporting and corporate sustainability programmes.
Angelika regularly delivers ESG training to clients in the real estate and construction sectors. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Energy Committee at the Polish Association of Construction Employers (PZPB), where she leads the ESG Expert Group, and is the founder of the postgraduate programme “ESG in Construction” at the Warsaw University of Technology.
