Andy Ramos Gil de la Haza is a partner in Pérez-Llorca’s Intellectual Property & Technology practice.
He advises on complex IP and technology matters across the entertainment and digital media sectors, combining transactional and litigation expertise with a strong international focus. His work spans content and platform deals for VOD and gaming companies, infringement and regulatory proceedings (including collecting society issues), and technology and software projects involving ownership, licensing and AI. He regularly leads technology transfer and chain-of-title reviews in high-value transactions. Andy holds an LL.M. in IP (Whittier Law School), a Master’s in IP (ICADE) and a Law degree (Universidad de Sevilla). Works in Spanish and English.
