Andrew Mihalik is a partner in Davies' Corporate practice, recognized for his broad mergers and acquisitions experience, including in the mining sector, where he advises major mining companies, mid-sized developers and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions (both negotiated and contested), joint ventures, earn-in agreements, streaming and royalty arrangements, strategic investments and project development, both in Canada and internationally.
