Andrew is an associate in Davies’ Corporate practice with a focus on the mining industry. He represents global players, including major producers, junior exploration companies and private equity firms, on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, earn-in agreements, and other mining transactions. Beyond mining, Andrew provides advice across industries, such as transportation, telecommunications, banking and healthcare.
