Andrew Mihalik is a partner in Davies’ Corporate practice, recognized for his experience in the mining sector and his broad transactional expertise. He advises major mining companies, junior explorers and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, earn-in agreements, streaming and royalty arrangements, and project development, both in Canada and internationally. In addition to his mining work, Andrew counsels clients in sectors such as transportation, telecommunications, banking and healthcare on public and private M&A (including contested transactions), IPOs, private placements, and a range of other corporate matters.
