Andrew is a leading commercial junior with a broad practice spanning commercial and commercial chancery litigation, arbitration and advisory work. He has extensive experience of high-value and complex business disputes, with an emphasis on banking/financial services work, heavy contractual claims, civil fraud and company/insolvency matters. He has appeared at all levels in the English courts (including the Privy Council and the Court of Appeal) as well as in overseas courts (including the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal) and a variety of arbitral tribunals. He has particular expertise in interim injunctions (having appeared in the Privy Council for the successful respondent in Convoy Collateral v Broad Idea [2023] AC 389) as well as Norwich Pharmacal orders and other interim relief. Alongside his general commercial practice, Andrew maintains specialist interests in trusts and art law.
