Andrew is a Partner in our Finance Group and leads the Finance Team in the Midlands specializing in all aspects of turnaround and restructuring.

He advises on a range of debt finance transactions acting for senior and mezzanine lenders, private equity sponsors, turnaround investors, corporate clients, asset-based lenders, and turnaround professionals, as well as advising on all types of workout and restructuring assignments.

Andrew has worked on a number of high-profile restructurings and corporate insolvencies, including Imperial Consolidated Plc (a US $500m international investment scheme), the Powerhouse Retail Group; MG Rover Group Limited; LDV Vans; Royal Worcester and Spode, Wedgwood Museum Trust; The Julian Graves Retail Chain; The Birmingham Mailbox; Phones4U; Brantano Shoes; Bernard Matthews; and Premier League and Championship Football Clubs.

He has recently been involved in a number of confidential restructurings across a variety of different sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, Leisure, Construction, Automotive and Local Government.
