Also specialised in the restructuring of multinational groups, and projects and infrastructure, as well as in the taxation of new technologies and transfer pricing.
He lectures at the Instituto de Empresa, and in the Master in Legal and Tax Consultancy at the Centro de Estudios Financieros, and on tax law at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. He frequently speaks at seminars on international tax.
