Andrés Fernández

Andrés leads the firms’ Technology, Communications & Data Protection practice group. He has 15 years of professional experience, mainly in the area of telecommunications and personal data protection and technology. As part of his professional practice, Andrés has also amassed experience as a litigator for and advisor to state entities and private companies in the real and the services sector in project structuring, contract negotiation, compliance with regulatory obligations, among others. In addition to his specific experience as an advisor in the technology and communications sector, Andrés has extensive experience as an in-house lawyer and external advisor in the financial sector.
