Andrei Tercu is a Tax Director with 18 years of professional experience advising a wide range of multinational and local businesses on both domestic and international tax, accounting, and financial reporting matters.

Andrei has extensive experience in international tax, advising on a broad range of projects including international structuring of business portfolios; acquisitions and group restructurings; tax due diligence work; local tax compliance, including deferred tax assessments; and tax advisory, including assistance during tax audits/litigations and reviews.

He is particularly focused on advising clients in the Energy, Real Estate, Utilities and Manufacturing industry sectors. In recent years, Andrei has been involved in a number of working groups and in discussions with the Romanian Ministry of Finance on updates to tax legislation in Romania. Andrei is a licensed tax advisor, a member of the Romanian Chamber of Certified Tax Consultants, and a fiscal court expert approved by the Romanian Ministry of Justice. In addition, he is in the final phases of becoming ACCA and ADIT qualified.
