Career

Andrea Lazarevska is an attorney at law whose main areas of practice are regulatory, corporate, banking and finance and energy. Some of her recent experience include advising European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Elektrani na Severna Makedonija on a PPP project to transform parts of the facilities at decommissioned Oslomej Thermal Power Plant, UNIQA Österreich Versicherungen AG on the acquisition of indirect shareholding in UNIQA AD Skopje and UNIQA Life AD Skopje, and Alpiq Energy SE on compliance assessment of the EFET general agreement and of Alpiq's standard Election sheet from Macedonian law perspective, and advising client in relation to the procedure for construction of photovoltaic plant in N. Macedonia.

In addition, Andrea advises leading international and national companies concerning their market entry and merger control proceedings in North Macedonia. Some of her clients are OMV, Generali CEE Holding, Siemens Healthineers AG, and Srpske kablovske mreže (SBB). Also, she regularly represents clients before authorities e.g. National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia.
