Amanda is a Legal Director with over 15 years of experience of acting on high value and complex litigation, advising a range of financial institutions and large corporates.

A member of the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team, Amanda advises a wide range of financial institutions and large corporates and can guide you through the litigation and dispute resolution process whether you are a potential Claimant or a Defendant facing a claim.

Amanda's experience includes advising in respect of civil fraud, contractual disputes, and tort claims (in particular professional negligence cases). She advises clients from the very start of potential disputes, to enable them to investigate and understand the claims they face, to seek to preserve essential documentary and witness evidence, and to ensure that a commercial approach is taken to maximize recovery and preserve assets. She can support and guide you all the way through the process whether your dispute is ultimately resolved through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution, or a final court hearing.

Having undertaken a six-month secondment to a major retail and commercial bank, she is able to understand the issues and demands faced by clients from their perspective.

Amanda is also part of our highly regarded Pensions Litigation team, and has experience of acting in relation to both Part 7 and Part 8 claims involving a pensions element.
