Having joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 1993 Al has focussed on private equity and M&A ever since.

Today Al leads the Private Equity practice at Osborne Clarke. He works with a broad spectrum of sponsors, portfolio companies, management teams and shareholders on high profile deals nationally and internationally and on all aspects of investment activities and mergers and acquisitions. He oversees the services Osborne Clarke deliver to funds across our practice groups, which span fund formation, transactional, tax, commercial, regulatory and dispute resolution. He is acknowledged as a market leading, pragmatic and commercially focussed corporate partner. His clients include Growth Capital Partners, LDC, Synova Capital, Cadence Equity Partners, A-Gas, Western Global and Corin Medical.
