Ágnes is particularly well known as an IP and copyright expert, advising clients on both commercial and IP matters. She has successfully represented clients before the IP authorities, CMOs and courts. As an experienced IP lawyer, she regularly handles infringement cases in both digital and offline environments, and assists clients in optimising and protecting their international IP portfolios. Ágnes has significant experience in advising clients in the TMT sector on complex IP issues.
Ágnes has extensive experience in setting up and running managed legal services projects, leading teams of lawyers in multiple jurisdictions to provide clients with cost-effective, scalable and flexible solutions. She also brings a strong track record in the film production industry, advising major international producers of blockbuster films on production agreements, contracts, film financing, and copyright matters.
