Based in Tel Aviv, Adir is the Managing Director of Freshfields’ Israel Focus Group. Adir leads a multi-jurisdictional team of Freshfields lawyers dedicated to advising Israeli clients and businesses with interests in Israel.

Adir’s local presence brings to the doorstep of Israeli clients Freshfields’ expertise on cross-border M&A, securities offerings, financings and other corporate transactions. He has close relationships with many of Israel’s leading corporates and financial institutions. Recent matters he has advised on include the acquisition of a stake in Israel’s Tamar gas field by a sovereign wealth client, and the overseas expansion of an Israeli-based technology company.
