Adina Nanescu

Adina Nanescu is a Counsel in our CEE Finance team based in Bucharest. She has a broad experience gained working for over 18 years in CMS on finance projects both cross-border and in Romania including transactional and high-profile regulatory matters.

Adina has extensive experience in advising banks, IFIs and funds, as well as borrowers in cross-border and domestic financings in Romania.

Her practice is also focused on capital markets (ECM and DCM), payment services and digital finance products, corporate and real estate finance including innovative cash management solutions, municipalities loans, film financing, aircraft engine leases, transfers of NPLs portfolios.

Adina has been involved in a number of first of their kind projects in Romania such as recently, the development of film financing product in Romania and advising an IFI on investing in the first MREL bond issued in Romania.

Member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
