Adam is a partner in our litigation and dispute management practice group.

He advises clients on High Court and cross-border commercial litigation proceedings, arbitration proceedings in the UK and internationally and on multi-jurisdictional projects. Adam is also global co-head of our Industrials sector.

Adam’s experience includes acting for clients in the Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Manufacturing and TMT sectors. He also leads our practice on class actions and has extensive experience in advising on group actions, legal strategy in group litigation and in coordinating the management of multi-party proceedings. His other areas of expertise include crisis and reputation management, complex contractual and corporate claims, warranty and M&A disputes, manufacturing and supply chain disputes, cyber security issues and data breaches, technology & outsourcing disputes and matters concerning the misuse of confidential information.

Adam is recognised as a “Leading Individual” by Legal 500 and described in Chambers and Partners as “a very impressive lawyer with significant experience and who is very pragmatic".

Adam understands the commercial drivers and critical issues to businesses and advises on how to minimise risk. He is an accomplished practitioner of alternative dispute resolution methods, having led numerous high value mediations in the UK and internationally. Where litigation cannot be avoided, Adam has a wealth of expertise in the context of aggressively fought litigation in some of the largest cases to come before the Courts.

Adam is responsible for a number of the firm’s client relationships and he is also the pro bono sponsor for our litigation practice group in the UK.
