Principal areas of work

Banking and financial markets disputes:A conflict-free banking litigation practice, we specialise in investment banking and funds management – particularly the capital markets. We can act against large investment banks and work ‘off-panel’ in disputes between banks where one party’s usual firms are not able to do so.


Commercial contracts:Get your agreements delivering more. We advise on drafting and negotiating a broad range of industry agreements. These range from the largest outsourcing deals to smaller, yet business-critical, supply contracts and consumer-facing terms and conditions.


Commercial disputes:We know litigation inside out. At any one time, more than half of our lawyers are handling complex, large-scale global disputes.
