Andrew Carpenter

Andrew is a Partner in Kennedys’ corporate and commercial team in Hong Kong. He advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, Hong Kong insurance regulatory matters, and warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance.

He acts for corporates, private equity and venture capital sponsors, insurers and intermediaries, management teams, shareholders and other investors on domestic and cross-border transactions. He has extensive experience of advising on corporate structuring, investments, acquisitions and disposals, as well as regulatory and compliance matters within the insurance sector.
