RPC advised FTI Consulting Hong Kong as the trustees of the bankruptcy estate of Chu Jiaru on their duties under Hong Kong's bankruptcy regime, the bankrupt's application to annul the bankruptcy order made against her and the bankrupt's application to challenge the trustees' decision not to commence an intended legal action on her behalf as detrimental to interests of the estate.
