Goldberg Kohn's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice is a recognized leader in the middle-market, representing senior secured lenders, junior lenders and large unsecured creditors in corporate

bankruptcies and workouts. The group represents major banks, non-banks, hedge funds, BDCs and other private debt providers in matters throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and in many locations across the globe. The group is dedicated to protecting and enforcing creditors' rights in the course of restructurings, reorganizations, sales, liquidations, receiverships, out-of-court workouts, assignments for the benefit of creditors and debt for equity transactions. Commercial Finance

Goldberg Kohn's Commercial Finance practice is comprised of 50 attorneys dedicated to representing banks and other lenders in loan transactions ranging from $15 million to $650 million and involving borrowers across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors. Goldberg Kohn represent banks, commercial finance companies, direct lenders, private credit investors and other lenders in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing a wide range of asset-based and cash-flow loans, unitranche structures, leveraged buyouts and mezzanine financings. The firm is engaged in mergers and acquisition financings, recapitalization financings and other complex financial arrangements requiring institutional debt; often "trouble spots" deal structures and documentation, particularly in co-lend arrangements; and leads multi-bank/multi-borrower facilities.
