Lawyer Wei Zhiqiang has been deeply engaged in legal services for over 20 years in the fields of dispute resolution, engineering and construction project development, investment and M&A, as well as corporate governance. His practice spans a wide range of industries, including finance, urban infrastructure, real estate, energy and power, transportation and environmental protection projects, water conservancy, ports and waterways engineering, and industrial manufacturing. Mr. Wei demonstrates outstanding judgment and courtroom adaptability in dispute resolution, having handled a large number of significant litigation and arbitration cases. He excels at summarizing cases, accurately distilling key judicial principles from court decisions, and correctly applying these principles to complex legal matters.

Mr. Wei holds a Chinese Certified Cost Engineer qualification, demonstrates strong expertise in legal risk management for engineering projects and is well-versed in various construction contracts such as FIDIC, JCT, and NEC. He offers comprehensive legal services covering the entire project lifecycle, including land use rights acquisition, project financing, construction contract structuring and planning, bidding and tendering, contract review and negotiation, performance management, construction claims, project acceptance and handover, as well as final account settlement.
