With over 20 years of experience working as a lawyer, Mr. Tang has long been engaged in capital market legal services, developing extensive experience in ownership reform, restructuring, stock issuance, and listing of Chinese enterprises. He has provided legal services to dozens of Chinese and foreign businesses for their A-share listing, red chip stock, H-share listing, restructuring, M&A, domestic and foreign investment, and refinancing. In addition, Mr. Tang is adept in handling legal affairs related to employee shareholding and equity incentives for management and key employees, having contributed to the design and implementation of employee ownership plans and management incentive programs for many well-known companies.
