Work Highlights
Since becoming a licensed lawyer in 1999, Mr. Zhoujun Tang has worked continuously in the realm of capital markets. Mr. Tang has extensive experience in reform, restructuring, and listing of Chinese companies, having provided legal services in listing, restructuring, M&A, and domestic/overseas investment to dozens of Chinese and international companies. His practice covers A share, backdoor listing, refinancing, H share, and red-chip share. In addition, Mr. Tang has profound knowledge and hands-on experience in capital operation of primary land development and urbanization construction as well as a strong track record in other legal affairs related to equity incentive to employees, senior management, and core personnel accumulated in the process of counseling well-known companies on their ESOP and management incentive plans.
