Jingyi Lu

Jingyi Lu provides legal services in the areas of securitization, REITs, structured finance, and asset management. Mr. Lu has accumulated a wealth of practice experience in the areas of credit asset securitisation, enterprise securitisation, asset-backed notes, credit assets circulation, and privately offered trust. The scope of underlying assets of those projects he handled is broad, including corporate loan, residential mortgage loan, auto loan, credit card, non-performing loan, commercial real estate, highway, finance leasing assets, corporate receivables, various right of charge, among others. His main clients include state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock banks, urban commercial banks, AMC, automotive finance companies, top securities companies, trust companies, etc. Since 2020, Mr. Lu has also participated in the filing and offering of the domestic REITs, and the scope of underlying assets included highway, ,industrial park, wind power, photovoltaics, hydro power, etc.

Mr. Lu was ranked in Chambers Greater China Region 2022, and Asia-Pacific for the year of 2016-2021 (Capital Markets: Securitisation and Financial Derivatives).
