Zack Oswald counsels investment advisors with respect to the formation, marketing and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds and other alternative investment funds and separately managed accounts. Mr. Oswald also regularly advises clients with respect to ongoing regulatory compliance, governance, carried interest plan structuring, succession planning and employee separation matters.

Mr. Oswald’s experience also includes representing institutional investors in their investments into funds, as well as fund sponsors in connection with co-investment transactions and direct minority equity investments.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Oswald was a lawyer in the investment funds group in the Chicago office of another global law firm.
