Lawyer Wen Yuting graduated from Southwest University of Political and Law, with both her undergraduate and master's degrees in law, demonstrating profound professional expertise. After practicing law, she has accumulated over 16 years of professional experience in the fields of real estate and property development. Lawyer Wen Yuting is among the first batch of certified "Sichuan Province Construction and Real Estate Professional Lawyers" and holds qualifications such as "Government Procurement Review Expert of Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance," "Internship Assessment Interview Examiner for Applicants to Lawyer Practice in Chengdu," and "Evaluation Judge of the Professional Committee of Chengdu Lawyers Association." Her social positions include "Council Member of the 6th China Behavioral Law Society," "Member of the 10th Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of the China Lawyers Association," "Deputy Director of the 9th Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of Sichuan Provincial Lawyers Association," "Deputy Director of the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Professional Committee of Chengdu Lawyers Association," and "Member of the Legal Expert Database of Chengdu Real Estate Development Enterprise Association." Lawyer Wen Yuting has been actively exploring the path of "industry lawyer" in the fields of industry, commerce, culture and tourism, and hospitality. She has not only represented clients in introducing nearly 30 international brand hotels and served as a consultant for more than 5 luxury high-end hotels, but also acted as the chief consultant for group hotel asset management, wielding significant industry influence and leading advantages in China's culture and tourism and hospitality sectors. In the hospitality industry, Lawyer Wen was awarded the only "Person of the Year" in the legal field at the 20th "China Culture and Tourism Starlight Award," known as the "Oscar of the culture and tourism industry," in 2025. She was invited twice to speak at the main forum of the "AHF® Asia Hotel and Tourism Forum" and received prestigious industry awards such as the AHF® Asia Hotel Forum "Person of the Year Award-Hotel and Commercial Real Estate Transaction Lawyer." Additionally, she has been invited multiple times to lecture at the "Hotel Relativity" series of forums hosted by the MAB Center of the Swiss University of Hotel Management and is a member of the HAMA China and PAMS International Hotel Asset Manager Certification Program of the Global Hotel Asset Managers Association.

3. Development in other areas

In professional capacities, Attorney Wen Yuting serves as a member of the National Executive Committee at SGLA Law Firm, where she leads the Professional Development Group. She also played a key role in establishing SGLA Chengdu Law Firm (formerly Sichuan Juheng Law Firm). In philanthropic endeavors, she spearheaded the creation of the Western Legal Service Brand Innovation Center, a multifunctional hub integrating law firms, public service platforms, legal film and television programs, legal bookstores, and public legal education initiatives, which has garnered recognition from central and provincial authorities. In legal education, Attorney Wen Yuting has been appointed as an adjunct external mentor for law school graduate students at Sichuan Normal University and Chengdu University, delivering acclaimed practical law courses that have earned high praise from both faculty and students.

温玉婷律师毕业于西南政法大学，本科、硕士均为法学专业，专业功底深厚；执业后不仅积累了不动产、房地产开发领域16年以上的专业经验。温玉婷律师是首批经认证的“四川省建筑房地产专业律师”，具有“四川省财政厅政府采购评审专家”“成都市申请律师执业人员实习考核面试考官”“成都市律师协会专业委员会考评评委”等资格；社会职务包括“中国行为法学会第六届理事”“中华全国律协十届建设工程与房地产专业委员会委员”“四川省律师协会九届建设工程和房地产专业委员会副主任”“成都市律师协会房地产与城市更新专业委员会副主任”“成都市房地产开发企业协会法律专家库成员”等；担任“成都仲裁委员会仲裁员”“自贡仲裁委员会仲裁员”，积极推动律师行业专业发展，并在专业、执业经验等方面具有一定代表性。

温玉婷律师一直在努力探索“行业律师”之路，在产业、商业、文旅与酒店领域，她不仅代表业主引进国际品牌酒店近30家，担任5家以上奢华高档酒店顾问，还任集团化酒店资产管理总顾问，在国内文旅与酒店领域具有较大行业影响力和领先优势。在酒店行业内，温律师2025年获得被称为文旅界“奥斯卡”的“中国文旅星光奖”第二十届颁发法律界的唯一“年度人物”，两度受邀在“AHF®亚洲酒店及旅游业论坛”中主论坛发言，获得AHF®亚洲酒店论坛“年度人物大奖－酒店与商业地产交易律师”等来自行业内的重磅奖项。此外，多次受邀为瑞士酒店管理大学MAB中心“酒店相对论”系列论坛授课，是全球酒店资产经理人协会HAMA中国与PAMS资管国际酒店资产经理人认证课程成员。

3.其他方面

温玉婷律师是中联律师事务所全国执行委员会委员，任职业务与专业发展小组，此外，她还参与了中联成都（原四川矩衡）律师事务所的创办。在公益方面，她参与发起设立了“西部法律服务品牌创新中心”，中心包括律所、律师公共服务平台、法律影视、法律书店、普法公益与慈善等综合功能，获得中央、省市各级的视察和肯定。在法律人才培养方面，温玉婷律师受聘于四川师范大学、成都大学担任其法学院研究生的兼职校外导师并为法学专业在读研究生担任律师执业实务的系列课程讲师颇受在校师生好评。
