He also has experience advising on securities offerings and general corporate matters.
Career
Mr. Fan worked at the firm's Beijing office from 2009 to 2010. He then worked at Shearman & Sterling LLP for five years and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP for almost six years. Before rejoining the firm in 2021, he was a counsel in the corporate practice of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
