Xixiang Lin

Xixiang is a partner in the firm’s Beijing office. He has extensive experience in the areas of antitrust and competition, corporate/M&A.

In the area of antitrust and competition, Xixiang advises multinational and Chinese clients on the full range of competition law issues (including merger control, unilateral and joint conducts), foreign investment control/national security review matters. Xixiang constantly conducts preliminary multi-jurisdictional merger control/foreign investment control analysis for his clients in cross board transactions.

In the area of corporate/M&A, Xixiang supports clients through navigating regulatory frameworks, due diligence, and documentation drafting and negotiation.
