He has broad experience advising sponsors and investors of private equity funds on a variety of issues, covering funds formation, carried interest and related internal arrangements, operational compliance and downstream equity investments, and spin-off and separation arrangements.

He also advises fund sponsors and asset management companies on their internal arrangements, operational compliance and downstream investments. Mr. Wang also represents a variety of investors (including listed companies, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and financial institutions) in connection with their investments in private investment funds.
